Why is the pricing modular?

Every business is different. A simple portfolio site doesn't need complex e-commerce features. With modular pricing, you only pay for what you actually use, while the technical foundation (Prometheus Core) always represents the highest quality.

Is there a monthly fee for the website?

There is no mandatory monthly fee. The website remains your property. However, we recommend our annual 'Peace of Mind' package, which includes premium hosting, domain, SSL and warranty, but it is optional.

When should I request custom design?

If your brand wants to visually stand out from competitors, or if you have specific UI/UX requirements. Our standard design is also premium and modern, but custom design allows for 100% translation of your brand DNA into the digital space.

Is installment payment possible?

Yes. A 50% deposit is required at the start of the project, and the remaining 50% must be settled upon successful handover of the website, before going live.

How long does it take to complete a project?

An average Business Landing Page takes 2-3 weeks, while a more complex business site (with CMS, blog) takes 4-6 weeks from the first meeting to going live.

What happens if I want to expand the site later?

Our system is modular. We can add a blog, webshop or new subpages at any time without having to rebuild the whole thing. You only pay for the expansion.

How does payment work?

Are there hidden costs?

None. The price fixed in our quote covers all development costs. The only annual fee is the €120 + VAT maintenance package (hosting, domain, SSL, warranty).
